Opened for nearly one year, Mandarin Oriental Taipei was told to be as the most luxurious and famous hotel in Taipei since inauguration. The magazine presented the hotel’s stunning art collection, the wide range of dining options which include Italian, French and Cantonese cuisine. Conde Nast also presented the Jade Lounge, which it had been described as a must-visit venue for afternoon tea. The Hot List is a symbol for Conde Nast Traveler annual roundup of the world’s most exciting new hotels. Only a small number of 60 hotels were included in the 2015 Hot List after editors and contributors visited hundreds of recently opened properties around the world. Mandarin Oriental Taipei shared the honor of being listed at the “Urbanist Standouts. The Best New City Hotels” is the category with premises in London, New York, Milan and Paris, further rising Taipei’s name as an iconic city on the international map.
