Festive Dining Offerings at The Sanya EDITION

The Sanya EDITION presents a Silk Road-themed festive dining concept this season, offering a
series of international culinary delights inspired by the cultural interaction in this ancient trade
route.
Inspired by the specialty cuisines of the cities along the Silk Road, Market at EDITION presents
traditional Chinese dishes including Peking duck, Lanzhou beef noodles, hairy crab, as well as
fresh seafood and a selection of Chinese and Western delicacies. The Jade Egret will serve
premium steaks and wines as part of the Timeless Christmas dinner menu, while Barbacoa will
host a Timbungan-style barbeque party by the beach. Guests can visit Xianhai by the Sea by
boat, and choose their favourite seafood, cooked fresh by Chef Ou and his team according to
guests’ preferences.
